It feels like just yesterday that my mother stepped out on faith to start a hair store in my rural hometown and envisioned that I, myself would become an entrepreneur, running my own hair business one day. Later in life, I had an “aha moment” – a realization that there had to be a career that served a higher purpose. Then, life took a beautiful turn when I became an adult – a turning point that changed everything, and undoubtedly, for the better.
